For the advantages of high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and ultra-high hardness, SiCf/SiC composite is becoming a preferred material for manufacturing aero-engine parts. However, the anisotropy and heterogeneity bring great challenges to the processing technology. In this study, a nanosecond pulsed laser is applied to process SiCf/SiC composite, where the influence of the scanning speed and laser scanning direction to the SiC fibers on the morphology of ablated grooves is investigated. The surface characteristics after ablation and the involved chemical reaction of SiCf/SiC are explored. The results show that the increased laser scanning speed, accompanied by the decreasing spot overlap rate, leads to the less accumulation of energy on the material surface, so the ablation effect drops. In addition, for the anisotropy of the SiCf/SiC material, the obtained surface characteristics are closely dependent on the laser scanning direction to the SiC fibers, resulting in different groove morphology. The element composition and phase analysis of the machined surface indicate that the main deposited product is SiO2 and the carbon substance. The results can provide preliminary technical support for controlling the machining quality of ceramic matrix composites. 相似文献

通过对Mg-6Gd-5Y-1Zn(质量分数,%)合金在固溶和时效处理状态下显微组织和力学性能的研究发现,α-Mg基体、沿挤压方向分布的条状18R-LPSO相、少量的Mg24(GdYZn)5 相以及细层片状的14H-LPSO相构成了挤压态合金的组成相。挤压态合金经固溶(T4)处理后,一部分18R-LPSO相溶入基体,并且基体中的14H-LPSO相伸长同时粗化。挤压态合金经过固溶加时效(T6)处理后,大量β′相从α-Mg基体中析出。T6态合金的室温力学性能最好,其屈服强度、抗拉强度及伸长率分别为272 MPa、406 MPa和6.1%。β′相沉淀也发生在挤压态合金的直接人工时效(T5)处理过程,但相比于T6处理,14H-LPSO相和β′相在基体中的体积分数均偏低。 相似文献

Although the antibacterial properties of MXene nanosheets containing Ti3C2Tx are known, their antifungal properties have not been well studied. Herein, we present for the first time a report on the antifungal properties of Ti3C2Tx MXene. The Ti3C2Tx MXene was obtained by first exfoliating MAX phase of Ti3AlC2 with concentrated hydrofluoric acid, then the Ti3C2Tx was intercalated and deliminated by ethanol treatment and ultrasonication process. The delaminated Ti3C2Tx MXene nanosheets (d-Ti3C2Tx) were characterized using field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX), X-ray diffraction spectroscopy (XRD), and Raman spectroscopy. It was found that Ti3C2Tx MXene was characterized by lamellar structure alternating with layers of Ti, Al and C. The EDX results revealed that the delaminated Ti3C2Tx MXene nanosheets were composed of Ti, C, Si, O, F, and a trace amount of Al. The XRD and Raman spectra further indicated the elimination of Al and the formation of two-dimensional Ti3C2Tx MXene nanosheets. The antifungal activity of the delaminated Ti3C2Tx MXene was determined against Trichoderma reesei using the modified agar disc method. Observation using inverted phase contrastmicroscopy revealed inhibited fungus growth with the absence of hyphae around the discs treated wtih MXene. The surrounding of the control groups without an inclusion of MXene was found with large number of hyphae and spores. In addition, the spores of the fungi treated with the samples containing d-Ti3C2Tx MXene nanosheets did not germinate even after 11 days of culture. The results demonstrated disruption to the hemispheric structural formation of fungi colony, inhibition of hyphae growth and cell damage for fungi grown on the d-Ti3C2Tx MXene nanosheets. This paper presents an effective approach to achieve efficient electrical actuation and monitoring of shape recovery based on patterned Au electrodes on shape memory polymer (SMP). The electrically responsive shape recovery behavior was characterized and monitored by the evolution change in electrical resistance of patterned Au electrode. Both electrical actuation and temperature distribution in the SMP have been improved by optimizing the Au electrode patterns. The electrically actuated shape recovery behavior and temperature evolution during the actuation were monitored and characterized. The resistance changes could be used to detect beginning/finishing points of the shape recovery. Therefore, the Au electrode not only significantly enhances the electrical actuation performance to achieve a fast electrical actuation, but also enables the resistance signal to detect the free recovery process. 相似文献

以钴粉/镍箔为复合中间层,采用800,900和1 000 ℃等三种连接温度,加压10 MPa并保温120 min的工艺条件,对钨/钢真空扩散连接. 研究了接头的微观组织、成分分布、力学性能及断口特征. 结果表明,连接温度为800 ℃和900 ℃时,钨/中间层界面金属间化合物生成很少,对应接头抗剪强度分别为186 MPa和172 MPa,断口均位于钨母材中近界面的位置,为典型解理断裂形貌;当连接温度升至1 000 ℃时,钨/中间层界面生成厚度小于2 μm的连续金属间化合物层,接头抗剪强度降至115 MPa,断裂也发生在钨母材中近界面的位置,断口大部分区域为沿晶断裂特征. 相似文献

A mixed-node MOF catalyst Ag–Cu–BTC was prepared by postsynthetic exchange (PSE) method. It is believed that PSE method can realize isomorphous replacement of Ag ion to framework Cu ion in Cu–BTC successfully. The catalytic performance of Ag–Cu–BTC was investigated via selective oxidation of toluene to benzaldehyde by molecular oxygen in the absence of solvent and initiator. This catalyst exhibits good catalytic performance: on the premise of keeping highly selective catalysis of Cu–BTC for toluene oxidizing to benzaldehyde, the introduction of Ag (Ag content is 2.76 wt.%) can promote toluene conversion from 6.5% to 12.7%. 相似文献

EPCglobal组织发布的第二代超高频射频识别空中接口协议EPC-C1G2协议可同时识别多个标签,该协议采用时槽ALOHA算法来解决多标签识别时产生的碰撞问题。文章首先介绍了EPC-C1G2协议多标签碰撞解决所需的参数和命令,指出协议中的Q值决定了解决碰撞时所用的时槽数。时槽数越多,标签越不容易碰撞,但识别时间越长,因此,恰当地选择Q值可以在标签识别时间和识别标签数之间找到最佳点。文中同时给出了一种动态Q值算法,该算法可根据标签碰撞解决的实际情况动态调整Q值,使标签识别更高效。文章最后对这种多标签识别流程的性能进行了仿真分析。 相似文献
